The Mississippi College Law Review will host a Symposium titled Modern Family: Issues that Matter From Local to Global, on April 4, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Mississippi College School of Law. The Symposium will feature three panels:
1) Custody Concerns on an International Stage and In Your Community;
2) TPR and Adoption: Changes in the Law You Need to Know;
3) Splitting Up: What’s Fair in Love and War?
Over the lunch hour, Attorney Matthew Thompson will present Family Law Deserts and Why You Should Care. Finally, we will wrap up the day with an ethics hour presented by Adam Kilgore of the Mississippi Bar.
There will be a $95 fee to cover the costs of the symposium.
