Mississippi College School of Law offers its Korean Summer Legal Studies Program each summer in Seoul, Korea. For 3 or 4 weeks in June and July, law school students and faculty stay at Sookmyung University in downtown Seoul, a location that offers easy access to nearly endless cultural and entertainment opportunities in this under-explored country. Korea's rich cultural history, close strategic ties to the United States, and importance to the global economy make it the perfect place to live and explore while learning more about international business and the global economy. Mississippi College School of Law also permits students in good academic standing to participate for credit in other ABA-approved study abroad programs. For information on the law school's good standing requirements for off-campus study, see the law school's Course Catalog (page 22). Click here to download the Course Catalog.
