Chandra Lee

Interim Coordinator and Associate Professor of Legal Analysis and Communication


In the summer of 2017, MC Law alum Chandra Lee (’97) joined the faculty as a Legal Analysis and Communication (LAC) instructor. The LAC department focuses jointly on Legal Writing and Academic Success.

Lee graduated from MC Law in 1997, where she was involved in the Moot Court Board, Appellate Advocacy teams, and was named winner of the Copeland, Cook, Taylor & Bush Moot Court Competition.

Following law school, Lee worked as a judicial law clerk at the Mississippi Court of Appeals (’97-’99). From 1999 to 2004, she worked for Wilkins, Stephens & Tipton, P.A. Lee also served as an adjunct professor at MC Law for several years.

Professor Lee is a resident of Jackson, Miss., and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi. She lives in Jackson with her husband and three children, and attends Pinelake Church.
