Justin Huckaby will have a book chapter entitled Washington Negligence published in the book Negligence Policy, Elements, and Evidence: The Role of Foreseeability in the Law of Fifty States.
Negligence Policy, Elements, and Evidence: The Role of Foreseeability in the Law of Fifty States is a practical treatise on tort law covering all fifty states. The treatise will consist of brief chapters summarizing the law of each state on the basics of tort law. The treatise will be published by the Keenan Ball Trial College through Balloon Press. Balloon Press and the Trial College have published other works such as David Ball and Don Keenan's Reptile.
The book chapter “Washington Negligence” serves as survey of the current state of negligence law in the State of Washington. Focusing on case law and statutory law, the book chapter emphasizes the importance of foreseeability and harm prevention within the context of tort law.
